Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!


By purchasing from Scarlett’s Boutique and Home you agree with the following terms:


In-store and Online

We offer online or store credit only within 5 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds.


If you are needing to start the return process, please email
scarlettshighcotton@gmail.com. Please read all return guidelines to make sure your
item is eligible for a return.


--Returns are accepted up to 5 days from the date of purchase in-store, or date of
delivery for online orders (per tracking). 

--Original shipping is not refundable. 

--The customer is responsible for return shipping fee. *We recommend a method of
shipping that will provide a tracking number. 

--Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, pet free, and food free
condition. * Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, fragrance or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or has been washed/worn/altered.  Items must be in original condition with applicable tags attached.

-Shoes must be returned in the original box and placed in an additional package for
shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe
box.  Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee. 

-Damages must be reported with 72 hours of purchase or receipt of order. 

-FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

-Custom Orders are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
